This quick form keeps everything clear and fair for both sides: protecting your rights and outlining how we use content.

Talent Guidelines & Consent

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am participating in a paid VentureX production and give permission for VentureX to capture, edit, and use footage of me (including my image, voice, and name) across social media, advertising, and marketing platforms.
• VentureX and its clients own all rights to the content filmed and may edit, repurpose, or reuse footage for future projects.
• I will not request additional payment or royalties for the use of this content beyond the agreed compensation.
• Standard compensation is $20/hour, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to filming. Payment will be made via e-transfer within 24–48 hours after the shoot.
• Food or refreshments may be provided depending on the client or location. Transportation is not covered unless specifically arranged.
• I will arrive on time, maintain professionalism, and respect all crew, actors, and clients present during production.
• I agree to maintain confidentiality about any unreleased content, campaign details, or client information.
• I will ensure I am dressed appropriately and presentable for filming. If specific wardrobe items are required, VentureX will communicate this beforehand.
• VentureX may use behind-the-scenes footage for social media or promotional use.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll provide as much notice as possible (ideally 48 hours). Repeated no-shows may affect future participation.
• Actor releases VentureX from liability for minor injuries or accidents that occur during filming, provided they are non-negligent in nature.
• This consent applies to all current and future VentureX projects unless I request otherwise in writing.
